The Truth About Holborn Assets & Holborn Property Investments

Sharing with you my experience of Holborn Property Investments, here I detail my factual first hand account of working for Holborn Assets…

We are back

Apologies to everyone who has been visiting the site since it was launched, we have literally had thousands of visitors in the first few weeks and I have been working hard to bring out the truth. Unfortunately we were targeted by Holborn and a second law firm they have instructed in a bid to “take down the site”.

Lawyer number 1, who specialised in employment law, has threatened me with the following; GDPR breaches, Data Protection breaches, Libel Defamation and Criminal Offences in a bid to prevent me publishing my blog.

My publication does not breach any of the aforementioned regulations

Lawyer number 2 does not work for the same practice as lawyer 1. One can only assume he’s been instructed as he has a particular focus on IP & Technology matters and data protection, both contentious and non-contentious, including IP and data protection audits, IP clearance searches, licensing, DSARs, and compliance with advertising law. He is experienced in related litigation including cease and desist letters, trade mark oppositions, domain name and company name disputes, and High Court injunction applications, as per his website profile.

Order of the day, silence!!

To my knowledge, lawyer number 2 has made no attempts to communicate with myself directly as the site owner, or with my legal representatives.

Lawyer number 1 also very kindly sent me a spreadsheet that he had received from Holborn Assets confirming a large amount of my commission that they had received but were refusing to release. They have been unlawfully withholding my commission for 162 days since my wrongful, unfair and orchestrated termination.

PT2 of my blog will cover this in much greater detail along with significant events that have taken place since my dismissal.

I will also reveal how immediate changes to payment terms, NDA’s and a bit of blackmail prevents situations like my own from surfacing in the public domain. I’m not the first and I certainly wont be the last
