The Truth About Holborn Assets & Holborn Property Investments

Sharing with you my experience of Holborn Property Investments, here I detail my factual first hand account of working for Holborn Assets…

Priority: Shut him up! “TAKE DOWN THE SITE”

Holborn’s second lawyer approached my previous webhost accusing me of copyright infringement relating to some of the information I published in PT1. They were successful in their first attempt to silence me with my previous host. My previous host was “unable to determine who was right or wrong” and defaulted to a, computer said no response, and closed the site.

On the 7th March, I was forced to move my hosting elsewhere after building a new website from scratch, this was after having the first complaint to my original web host was upheld. This site went live at approx. 15:16.

On 8th March at 09:46, just over 18 hours since launch, lawyer 2 made the same complaint to my new hosts. They then followed up today, 13th March, requesting confirmation that my site host has received the complaint and that closure of my site was being actioned. Very proactive in their pursuit of silence!

In PT1 I published a WHATSAPP MESSAGE and my TERMINATION EMAIL that instantly dismissed me from my role without reason, these are what have been reported for “copyright infringement” in a bid to shut my site down and silence me.

There were additional items reported for copyright infringement, such as the MD’s email to me saying he was taking control of my pay because he can and the emails demonstrating the underhand and malicious tactics he employed in a bid to have me dismissed.

The WhatsApp message publicly highlighted a very questionable attitude towards client investments and the companies strategy. The termination email highlighted that, if the CEO’s friend of 20 years wants you to be sacked without reason, you will just be instantly terminated by the CEO. Yet….

“In the circumstances we request that you take down the site”

Ironically I have been waiting and attempting to resolve my situation for 174 days and I currently have £44,292.73 in unpaid wages.

Lawyer number 1 was sent a full spreadsheet breaking down the payments I am currently owed from Holborn Assets. I originally sent 12 emails to 6 parties at Holborn Assets, from admin teams to C level executives, with this spreadsheet attached. These emails were also marked high priority which lawyer number 1 advised, “We are instructed that our client does not have a copy of your spreadsheet breaking down the commission that you allege is owed.

They don’t have copies of 12 emails, that were confirmed as being successfully sent by tech support at Microsoft?????? I know right!

After lawyer 1 had this reviewed by Holborn Assets, he confirmed, “you will see a commission spreadsheet with commentary from my client. As Mr (my surname) is aware, commission is dependent on what is paid to Holborn itself.”

I do not want to delve too deeply into my wages being unlawfully withheld at the moment, I will cover this in much greater detail in PT2 of my insight into what it is like to work for Holborn Assets, but despite me attempting to resolve the situation and being mostly ignored for 174 days, it takes 18 hours for them to respond in an attempt to silence me and attempt to take down my site!!!!

Are these the actions of somebody who has nothing to hide?

Luckily, I have the support of my new host and I’m ranking as the number 1 search result on Google, meaning I can continue to tell my story!

At this stage, I would also like to take the time to thank those that have taken their time to read my story. This site has only been live 6 days, but we have already had almost 1,000 views in 13 different countries across the world. The level of support is humbling. It’s been interesting/disturbing to receive a multitude of messages detailing the nightmares Holborn Assets have inflicted on other people.

Evidently I am not the first, nor will I be the last.
